Frensham Hall is an elegant Edwardian manor house with sweeping views across the beautiful Surrey Hills. Within the house are several exquisite, interlinked rooms which create a flexible, bespoke venue for any wedding. The grounds are stunning and offer both the intimacy of a walled garden or treehouse for smaller affairs combined with the endless possibilities of terraced lawns and woodlands. The house and grounds are reserved exclusively for each event which, along with the experienced onsite hospitality and catering team, allows for truly bespoke weddings within a wonderful rural environment just an hour from London.

What's your favourite fun fact that you love to share with Frensham Hall couples?

It’s the finer details and special touches of the venue and wedding couple that I love to include within Wedition. What’s you favourite fun fact that you love to share with wedding couples? 

We are licensed from 40-150 people in the Ballroom, Long Gallery, Walled Garden and the treehouse - what could be more fun than a small intimate wedding in a tree house nestled in the woods?! Frensham Hall has extensive opportunities to make us completely flexible to showcase the wedding day our couples really want.

Tell me about the bridal suite at Frensham Hall

In addition to the bridal room, we also offer the beautiful drawing room with has a fantastic bay window and stylish, comfortable furniture. The drawing room is ideal for hair and make up for both large and intimate bridal parties. The bridal room, which has the same amazing views looking over the Surrey Hills, is perfect for dressing and last minute preparations. When you leave this room you can ensure that the all-important photographic opportunity is taken as you glide down the sweeping staircase on the way to your ceremony.

How do the Frensham Hall team make a wedding day so unique?

We offer exclusive use from Friday through to Sunday, which offers a complete personal experience. Couples can decorate the venue and add their own touches the day before, ensuring they have a calm and stress free wedding day knowing everything has been taken care of.

Why do you love having Wedition as one of your recommend suppliers and what is it about a Wedition wedding that stands out so much? 

The fact that this is a new concept (first time I have seen such an addition for weddings at our launch event.) All the day's details in one place including menus and order of the day, plus a fantastic keepsake of the wedding.

Is there anything else I should know about Frensham Hall?

We are within a school therefore currently hold weddings during school holiday periods only - however the holidays can be quite extensive, with up to 11 weekends over the peak summer season.
